案卷标题是揭示卷内全部文件成分和内容的总题目，是供利用者查找利用档案的重要检索工具。案卷标题规范与否会直接影响查阅档案的效率。案卷标题由三部分组成，即作者、问题内容、名称文种，但是，并非具备了这三个要素就算是准确规范的案卷标题。
