:
目的:观察米诺环素对脊髓背角Ⅱ层胶状质(substantia gelatinosa,SG)神经元的影响及其机制.方法:选取3~5周龄的雄性SD大鼠,制作离体脊髓横/纵切片(300μm),应用全细胞膜片钳技术记录SG神经元超级化激活电流(hyperpolarization-activated current,Ih),灌流不同浓度的米诺环素(1~300 mol/L)并观察其对Ih的影响.
