　　The activity of β-galactoside α2,6-sialyltransferase(ST6Gal-Ⅰ),the enzyme responsible for the addition of sialic acid in α2,6-linkage to the termini N-glycans on cell surface.In previous study,we found that ST6Gal-Ⅰ was highly expressed in hepatocarcinoma(HCC)tissues and cell lines,and positively regulated cell malignant phenotypes.
