The saliva of mosquito is enriched with molecules that display anti-hemostatics,anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory function.Adenosine deaminase (ADA),lectin and serpin genes were found in a salivary gland transcriptome of Aedes albopictus.To gain the spatio-tempral expression difference of them in Ae.albopictus salivary gland,an investigation were performed on the female salivary gland(SG) (sugar-feeding),carcasses (C) (adult females with salivary glands removed),adult males (M),and blood-feeding salivary gland (BSG) by real-time RT-PCR.
