to evaluate the early diagnostic value of (1-3)-β-D-glucan (BG),and galactomannan (GM) in hematological patients.Methods:A retrospective study was performed on 50 patients with leukemia or who received HSCT,they were selected from January 2007 to December 2008,3 proven IA cases,13 probable IA cases,and10 possible IA cases were diagnosed.The BG,and GM in serum were detected by Fungitell kit and Aspergillus Platelia kit,respectively.A BG positivity was defined as the values ≥ 80 pg/mL,and A GM positivity was defined as A index >0.5 in two consecutive measuration or >0.8 in one measuration.
