在零构件疲劳失效的分布规律的基础上,对多种零构件疲劳强度可靠性实验数据进行统计分析,充分利用疲劳S-N曲线的对数线性关系,通过引入静态机械性能参数断裂真应力和疲劳循环基数两个特征值点,较好地实现了零构件制造工艺性能参数与疲劳特性结合,获得一种零构件疲劳可靠性工程评价方法。本文还报告了在连杆、转向节、混凝土道路小样零构件的疲劳强度可靠性评估工作中的试验、统计、应用情况。本文方法具有简单、实用、易于推广的特点。
Based on the distribution rule of fatigue failure of components, the experimental data of fatigue strength reliability of various kinds of components were statistically analyzed, the logarithmic linear relationship of fatigue SN curve was fully utilized, the true stress and fatigue cycle of fracture were reduced by introducing static mechanical properties Base two eigenvalues, the combination of the performance parameters and fatigue characteristics of the parts and components can be well achieved, and a method of evaluating the fatigue and reliability of the parts and components is obtained. The article also reports on the test, statistics and application of the fatigue strength reliability assessment of connecting rod, steering knuckle and concrete road sample parts. This method is simple, practical, easy to promote features.
