With the continuous development of electronic eye system in China,it is vital for the electronic eye system to accurately detect pedestrians.The tradi tional manual method to examine the entire video can not meet the needs of system operation.Therefore,application of image recognition technology in pedestrian detection system enables to process video detection fast,accurately in large scale.It is very important to achieve real-time monitoring and excep tion handling.
