Intracellular production and excessive accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) is deeply involved in inflammatory responses and disruption of metabolic activities,which would disturb the balance of oxidation-antioxidation system,leading to tissue/organ damage,infection and even cancer[1].Carbon-based nanomaterials serve as free radical scavengers or antioxidants for antioxidant therapies in medical fields owing to their conjugated π-system as electron donors.
