介绍了半预制混凝土结构在新加坡政府组屋中的应用,对建筑物的整体分析、部分预制构件的设计方法、预制构件之间及预制构件和现浇部分之间的连接形式做出了说明。设计实践表明:预制和现浇相结合的建造方法设计理论成熟,施工方法简单,建造周期缩短,工地环境清洁;预应力技术在预制板中的应用能有效地降低工程造价,综合效益明显。
The application of semi-prefabricated concrete structures in Singapore government housing estates is introduced. The overall analysis of buildings, the design methods of some prefabricated components, the connection between prefabricated components and the prefabricated components and the cast-in-place parts are described. The design practice shows that the design method of prefabrication and cast-in-place construction method is mature, the construction method is simple, the construction period is shortened and the site environment is clean. The application of prestressing technology in prefabricated slab can effectively reduce the project cost, and the comprehensive benefit is obvious.
