The self-assembly of amphiphilic block copolymer plays a significant role in drug delivey and nanotechnology.It is meaningful to construct model compound to study their self-assembly behavior and mechanism.With properties of base-pairing,programmability and precise secondary structure,DNA has been widely used as a supermolecular building block.
