Introduction:Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)is the most common cardiac disease,affecting 1 in 500 individuals.A great number of HCM-associated mutations were identified in sarcomere proteins,but the underlying mechanisms which lead to high mortality rate by those mutations are still elusive.
