Profiling and identification of components in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is a very important way to TCM modernization[1].Usually, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV detector is used for profiling of TCM components and the obtained fingerprint profile is applied for the quality control and the analysis of bioactive compounds.However, the individual component in profile can not be further identified.Electrospray ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (ESI TOF MS) is a commonly used method for the compound identification, and small molecules in general [2, 3], because it can provide data with high resolution, high mass accuracy and true isotope pattern, at the same time.
