　　Background: In last decades, the tree shrew (Tupaia belangeri) have been developed as potential experimental animal.However, lacking of understanding of tree shrew genes, small amount of available antibodies and detecting kits have narrowed the wide application of tree shrew as a model for diseases' mechanism research.In our previous study, it have bee proofed that the tree shrew toll-like receptor 8 (tsTLR8)can be actived by resiquimod (R848).
