In Morocco, the mining areas are located in places with low water potential, the mobilization of non-conventional resources, namely the reuse of treated wastewater,in washing phosphates, could meet the water demand. That is constantly growing, and thus anchors the recycling and the reuse of wastewater in the environmental culture which is part of a sustainable development vision. The contribution to the recycling of urban wastewater was conducted using the process of infiltration percolation based on a well-defined size of a phosphate bracket. The study has shown that the new bracket used has interesting performances in terms of removing the suspended particles and organic pollution. The radioactivity, related to phosphate, has always been a concern for operators of phosphates and their derivatives,it was important to conduct a study of radioactivity in treated water by infiltration percolation on a bed of phosphate in order to provide information about the samples after the treatment. In this context,we had used CR-39 and LR-115 type Ⅱ solid state nuclear track detectors (SSNTDs),to see if this radioactivity exceeds the international standards set.The analyze Waters concentrations of uranium (0.82 ± 0.07 ppm),thorium (0.95 ± 0.09 ppm) and those of phosphates (C (238U) = 152 ± 11 ppm and C (232Th) = 10.50 ± 0.95) have shown that the wastewater treated by phosphate is not contaminated by uranium and thorium. Therefore,it does not represent any dangerous action to the environment.
