　　MicroRNAs (miRNAs) which are ~22 nucleotide non-coding RNA, have been shown to function as regulatory molecules and play an important role in cancer progression.Very little is currently known about the increasing invasion and metastasis of epidermoid carcinoma owe to the loss of expressive levels of certain miRNAs in epidermoid carcinoma cells.Here, we examined miR-365 expression in cutaneous squamous carcinoma cell line A431 by TaqMan real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) miRNA array methods.
