　　Objective: To discuss the difference in the effect between the laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (LRP) and robot-assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy (RALP) on sexual function.Methods: A total of 204 patients with clinically localized prostate cancer (PCa) (Tla~T2c) were included from April 2012 to January 2015,in which 106 underwent LRP and 98 underwent RALP.
