针对齿轮制造过程中齿轮质量评定和加工工艺关联不明确的普遍现象 ,提出了齿轮统计齿廓的概念 ,并在CZN45 0齿轮整体误差测量机上得以实现和应用。通过齿廓统计对加工工艺系统进行辩识 ,为齿轮质量的评定和控制提供了更科学的易于操作的方法。
Aiming at the general phenomenon that the gear quality is not appraised to the machining technology in gear manufacturing process, the concept of gear statistical tooth profile is proposed and implemented on CZN45 0 gear error measuring machine. Through the tooth profile statistics on the processing system to identify, for the quality of gear evaluation and control provides a more scientific and easy to operate method.
