As a service high in experiential attribute,word of mouth and loyalty are important aspects for a destination administrator.In the connected era,a tourists satisfaction or loyalty can significantly influence othersopinion and attitude about a destination.The current study intends to find out the influence of attribute performance on loyalty mediated by satisfaction among visitors of Lake Toba,Indonesia.A questionnaire with 34 items were developed to collect the data in the site of Lake Toba.A total of 422 tourists from Indonesia and 26 other countries participated in the study.The data was analysed using structural equation modelling.The results indicate that attribute performance influence loyalty with satisfaction as a mediator.Some implications and suggestions are provided.
