目的:研究复方氯唑沙宗片剂中氯唑沙宗和对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定方法。方法:同时采用CPA矩阵法(简称CPA法)和多波长线性回归法(简称WML法)测定复方氯唑沙宗片剂中氯唑沙宗和对乙酰氨基酚的含量。并应用计算药学中BASIC语言编制计算程序。结果:CPA法的氯唑沙宗和对乙酰氨基酚的平均回收率和RSD分别为99.83%,0.12%,99.87%,0.14%;WML法的氯唑沙宗和对乙酰氨基酚的平均回收率和RSD分别为98.67%,0.34%;100.05%,0.31%(n=5)。结论:两种方法同时测定两组分的含量,方法简便易行、快速,测定结果可相互校验对比。
Objective: To study the determination of chlorzoxazone and acetaminophen in the compound chlorzoxazone tablets. Methods: The chlorzoxazone and paracetamol contents of compound chlorzoxazone tablets were determined by CPA-matrix method (CPA method for short) and multi-wavelength linear regression method (WML method for short). And the application of computational medicine BA SIC language calculation program. Results: The average recoveries and RSDs of chlorzoxazone and acetaminophen in CPA were 99.83%, 0.12%, 99.87% and 0.14%, respectively. The chlorzoxazone and The average recoveries and RSDs for paracetamol were 98.67%, 0.34%, 100.05% and 0.31%, respectively (n = 5). Conclusion: The two methods for simultaneous determination of the content of two components, the method is simple and easy, fast, the results can be checked and compared with each other.
