患者女,26岁,福建人,两个月多前进食大量海鲜后面部痤疮增多并加重,面部伴有明显红肿热痛反应,在当地医院就诊并服用中药调理,用药不详,效果欠佳,后因急于改善面部状况来我院就诊.皮肤科检查:患者肤色黄,油性皮肤,双侧面颊及下颌部、额部、眉间可见结节及囊肿样脓疱,有疼痛及肿胀感.整个面部散在性多发性黑头粉刺,心理负担及精神压力很大.根据患者的痤疮分级为中重度类型,且其面临择偶问题,要求治疗显效快速.我

患者女,26岁,福建人,两个月多前进食大量海鲜后面部痤疮增多并加重,面部伴有明显红肿热痛反应,在当地医院就诊并服用中药调理,用药不详,效果欠佳,后因急于改善面部状况来我院就诊.皮肤科检查:患者肤色黄,油性皮肤,双侧面颊及下颌部、额部、眉间可见结节及囊肿样脓疱,有疼痛及肿胀感.整个面部散在性多发性黑头粉刺,心理负担及精神压力很大.根据患者的痤疮分级为中重度类型,且其面临择偶问题,要求治疗显效快速.我们为其选择光动力治疗.患者清洁面部后,予清痘处理,在暗室使用易妍5-ALA制剂液涂抹于痤疮部位,较为严重部位用棉片加量药液涂抹停留,用保鲜膜整脸封包治疗区,再使用易妍配套避光面膜覆盖面部,药物封包停留20MIN,眼部避光保护,照LED红光(武汉奇致公司)25mw,距面部10cm,20min,患者照光治疗时诉面部有刺疼、痒感,可忍受,照光结束后仍有热疼感.
