识别容器中液体的物质,是车站、机场安检工作中极为迫切的需求。本文提出了一种全新的基于X射线图像的方法对液体物质进行识别。利用容器的形状知识,通过最优化方法来获得各条X射线所穿透的容器外壁厚度和液体厚度,以及外壁和液体的吸收系数,从而可以消除X射线探测信号中容器外壁所造成的影响。在实验中,成功地对高密度容器中的水和酒精进行了区分。实验结果证明,本文的方法能有效区分容器中像水、酒精、汽油这样密度相近的物质。
Identify the liquid in the container material, is the station, airport security work extremely urgent needs. This paper presents a new method based on X-ray images to identify liquid substances. Based on the shape knowledge of the container, the outer wall thickness and the liquid thickness of the container penetrated by the X-rays and the absorption coefficient of the outer wall and the liquid can be obtained through the optimization method so as to eliminate the influence of the outer wall of the container in the X-ray detection signal. In experiments, water and alcohol in high-density containers were successfully distinguished. Experimental results show that the method in this paper can effectively distinguish containers with similar density such as water, alcohol and gasoline.
