MIPPO技术在肱骨近端骨折中的应用

　　目的：探讨MIPPO技术在肱骨近端骨折中临床疗效.方法：自2013-7-2015-3月应用MIPPO技术治疗肱骨近端骨折18例，其中男性7例，女性11例，年龄31-88岁，平均60.5岁，根据AO分型：A型7例：B型10例：C型1例：结果：随访时间：3-18月，平均：10.5月.所有患者均达成到骨性愈合.平均愈合时间：8.1周.根据Constant评分，优良率为80.3％，结论：肱骨近端解剖锁定板经MIPPO技术治疗肱骨近端骨折，具有手术创伤小，软组织干扰少，内固定可靠等优点，有利于术后早期功能康复，功能恢复好.
