In this study, effects of TLEDs (Tube-LEDs) on the growth and bioactive substances accumulation of Dendrobium officinale in vitro were investigated to find out the best lighting condition for dendrobium.The research including two different tissue culture processes was conducted under 6 versions of TLEDs and white fluorescent lamps (WFL).
