　　Objective:To investigated the effect of study on establishment of diabetic neurogenic bladder of rat model induced by streptozotocin.Method:Male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats of eight-week-old were randomly assigned into normal control group (Group NC) and diabetic mellitus group (Group DM).Diabetic rat was established by single intrapertoneal injection of 1% streptozotocin (STZ).
