提上睑肌-Müller's肌复合体重叠短缩法治疗先天性上睑下垂的临床研究

目的：通过对49例病人的长期临床随访，评价选择提上睑肌-Müllers肌复合体重叠短缩法矫正各种程度先天性上睑下垂的临床效果。方法：在2007年到2011年间，共计有49例(75眼)患有先天性单纯性上睑下垂的病人接受了提上睑肌-Müllers肌复合体重叠短缩法矫正上睑下垂的手术。所有病人手术均采用了局部麻醉，于上睑切开皮肤，去除睑板前约3-5mm宽的一条眼轮匝肌，于轮匝肌肉后方显露提上睑肌腱膜，用

激光融脂治疗项部脂肪垫

目的评价激光融脂治疗项部脂肪垫的效果，探讨其临床应用价值。方法对24名项部脂肪垫的患者进行了激光融脂手术，术后随访，分析手术特点与效果。结果项部脂肪垫经激光照射后，纤维结构破坏，脂肪融解，致密的脂肪组织疏松化，有利于随后的负压抽吸。术中出血少，术后恢复快，无明显瘢痕。随访1月～～20月，项部轮廓改善明显，患者及术者对效果均满意。结论激光融脂可有效破坏项部脂肪垫的脂肪组织，改善项部的外形，具
