本文在1900℃高温下研究了钽电容器阳极的折丝性能和氧含量之间的关系,并采用正交回归试验方法确定了耐折次数或称折丝性能(?)和氧含量(x)之间的回归方程:(?)=6.28-20.22x(?)=5.64-1.13x-79.56x~2经显著性检验,线性方程的置信度为99%,二项式方程的置信度为90%。在研究氧含量和折丝性能之定量关系的基础上,讨论了试验现象和钽丝发脆的机理。
In this paper, the relationship between the filament folding performance and the oxygen content of tantalum capacitor anodes was studied at 1900 ℃. The folding-back times, or the folding properties (?) And the oxygen content (x) were determined by orthogonal regression test (?) = 6.28-20.22x (?) = 5.64-1.13x-79.56x ~ 2 After the significance test, the confidence of the linear equation is 99% and the confidence of the binomial equation is 90% . Based on the quantitative relationship between oxygen content and filament properties, the mechanism of test phenomena and the brittleness of tantalum wire were discussed.
