自拟补肾通络方联合甲氨喋呤(MTX)治疗寒湿痹阻型活动期RA40例,与同期以MTX治疗的寒湿痹阻型活动期RA40例对照。治疗6周后,中医症候疗效判定治疗组总有效率为71.1%,对照组为43.6%;临床综合疗效判定治疗组总有效率为86.8%,对照组为69.2%;ACR20%改善率治疗组为84.2%,对照组为64.1%;不良反应发生率治疗组为15.79%,对照组为35.9%;两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗12w后,中医症候疗效判定治疗组总有效率为92.1%,对照组为87.1%;临床综合疗效判定治疗组总有效率为92.1%,对照组为82.1%;ACR20%改善率治疗组为94.7%,对照组为79.5%;不良反应发生率治疗组为18.42%,对照组为40.03%;两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾通络方联合MTX治疗寒湿痹阻型活动期RA疗效显著;起效快,毒、副反应少,不良反应发生率低。
Self-made Bushen Tongluo combined with methotrexate (MTX) treatment of rheumatoid arthritis active RA40 cases, with the same period MTX treatment of alveolar block type active RA40 cases of control. After 6 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 71.1% in treatment group and 43.6% in control group. The total effective rate was 86.8% in treatment group and 69.2% in control group. The improvement rate of ACR 20% in treatment group was 84.2% in the control group and 64.1% in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was 15.79% in the treatment group and 35.9% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 92.1% in treatment group and 87.1% in control group. The total effective rate was 92.1% in treatment group and 82.1% in control group. The improvement rate of ACR 20% in treatment group was 94.7 %, The control group was 79.5%; adverse reaction rate was 18.42% in the treatment group and 40.03% in the control group; there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bushen Tongluo recipe combined with MTX has significant curative effect on active and refractory RA patients. The effect of Bushen Tongluo combined with MTX is rapid, with quick onset, less toxic and side effects and a lower incidence of adverse reactions.
