目的 To expore the relationship between lung adenocarcinoma and venous thromboembolic disease,several factors were dected,including coagulation indexes of prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(Fib),D-dimerand thromboembolic markers of tissue factor(TF),tissue factor pathway inhibitor-1 in patients with lung adenocarcinoma；Meanwhile,to analyze the changs of TF/TFPI ratio in different stages of lung adenocarcinoma,so as to offer valuable evidenceof whether those patients should receive anticoagulant therapy and how to choose the ideal anticoagulation time.
