In this talk,we will present a combination method for the fabrication of nanoarrays,which is highly reproducible and controllable for various applications,such as MEMS,optoelectronic devices etc.The underlying mechanisms are thoroughly investigated and the sensing application for H2S gas detection is demonstrated.
