Theory Elaboration on Township's Governance Model and the Best Choice in the near Future

　　There are main four models on townships governance in the academic field, like the strengthening, weakening, semi-self-governance and canceling model, but each of them has the inherent defects.According to the realities in China, the best choice for township is to keep and strengthen the available system, because of the present main reforming task of the governmental system, the characters of the system and the townships special function in the countrysides construction and governance.
