论水土保持在生态环境建设中的作用

【摘要】

：

水土保持是生态建设的主体,是经济社会发展的生命线.保持水土,维护生态安全,意义重大,刻不容缓.近年来,旺苍县始终坚持水土流失整合治理,拦蓄沟道调控水资源,修建梯田保土保肥,成功创造了"山顶防护林戴帽,山坡经济林缠腰,山下小平原成片,沟道小塘坝成串"的小流域综合治理模式,在保护生态环境、提高群众收入、促进经济社会可持续发展等方面发挥了极为重要的作用.
