An important problem in the differential Galois theory is to describe the Galois group of a linear differential equation of order n with parameters. It is a subgroup of GL(n)defined by a differential ideal I.For every integer r,one can find the generators of I up to order r,but one does know if these differentially generate I.Under a reasonable assumption on parameters,we will see how to solve this problem.
