光学生产过程中大量涉及零件的几何量测量问题,特别是在光学车间现场,从某种意义上说,测量检验的水平实际上代表了零件的制造水平。同制造技术的现状一样,现代高效、高精度的测量手段同传统经典的测量手段同时应用在车间生产现场。在生产实践中,针对不同被测量值,以及其精度,根据生产方式的不同选择适当的测量方法,才能最大限度的发挥加工的效率。
Optical manufacturing process involving a large number of geometric measurement of parts, especially in the optical shop scene, in a sense, the level of measurement and testing actually represents the level of manufacture of parts. As with the current status of manufacturing technology, the modern high-efficiency, high-precision measurement methods are applied to the workshop production site at the same time as the traditional classical measurement methods. In production practice, according to different measured values, and its accuracy, according to different production methods choose the appropriate measurement methods, in order to maximize the efficiency of processing.
