BACKGROUND: Atrial structural remodeling is the core of the development of atrial fibrillation.The levels of inflammatory factors are increased in patients with atrial fibrillation.This study aimed to explore the relationships of high sensitive C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP) and left atrium remodeling with heart rate variability (HRV) in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation.
