Along with the marketization of Chinas economy operation, circulation enterprises have played a positive role to promote the production, circulation and consumption of commodity and the development of national economy.However, the circulation industry is still faced with any problems such as unsound operation mechanism, low informationization and inefficient cooperation.Under the inflation pressure situation in Chinas economic development, cooperation should be strengthen by government, industry and enterprises to innovate operation mechanism, optimize the operation structure, improve the market order and consummate the supervision system, and cultivate international competitive circulation enterprises.
