　　The Ag-Li codoped ZnO (Ag-Li∶ZnO) films were fabricated using the sol-gel method in order to investigate the effects of Ag-Li induced defects on the band gap tuning and conductivity.The X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, UV-Vis spectrophotometer and current-voltage characteristics analyses were used to characterize the film structural, optical and electrical properties.It is indicated that the Ag-Li∶ZnO films possess hexagonal ZnO structure with a few Ag nanoclusters existing in heavily Ag-doped samples.
