  Fig.1 shows the structure of white organic light-emitting device (WOLED) devices studied in this work.The basic configuration of the blue OLED device was ITO-glass/m-MTDATA(30nm)/ α-NPB(20nm)/mCP(10nm)/mCP:FIrpic(10%, 30nm)/ TPBi(40nm)/LiF(1nm)/Al.N, N-dicarbazolyl-3, 5-benzene (mCP) as a host material doped with a blue phosphorescent iridium complexes iridium(Ⅲ) bis [(4,6-di-fluorophenyl) -pyridinato-N-C2 ] (FIrpic) to produce high efficient blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes (PHOLEDs).By combining the device with a Red Sr2SiO4:Eu3+ phosphor as a color conversion layer (CCL) which are coated over the other side of glass substrate expect to get the WOLEDs.
