双重缺陷钝化策略构筑高性能平面钙钛矿太阳电池

二氧化锡(SnO2)因具有合适的禁带宽度、优异的电子迁移率以及可低温制备等优点成为n-i-p 钙钛矿太阳电池中常用的电子传输层材料之一 [1-3]。然而，由于SnO2纳米粒子在其胶体分散液中的团聚性质，低温制备的纳米晶往往结晶不充分，致使薄膜存在大量缺陷，进一步限制了其光电性质的提升。
