The poly (vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) nano fiber film is prepared with the electrostatic spinning technology, using poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) of 15% mass fraction as the solute dissolved into the solvent of acetone and DMF in 2∶1 mixture.The structure and the ability of filtration of poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) filter membrane is studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRY), Raman spectroscopy (Raman), environment pollution monitoring and evaluation.Hence, we analyzed the mechanism of filtration.The results show that the poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) filter membrane not only dose well in filtration, but has the characteristic of low respiratory resistance.
