大承载无冲击复合材料释放装置的设计和分析

  本文研制了一种大承载无冲击复合材料释放装置,该装置由形状记忆聚合物复合材料制作而成,减少了释放时对空间展开结构的冲击,增加了释放的安全性和可控性。该装置由内套筒、外套筒和分离驱动装置三部分组成。内外套筒带有法兰接口,通过纤维缠绕工艺制成,可实现与其他多种装置的配合连接。通过压缩内外套筒公共部位产生凹槽,将内外套筒紧密结合。凹槽的个数和深度可控,可实现不同承载的要求。
