试验研究了橡胶微粒对混凝土抗渗、碳化、氯离子渗透以及硫酸盐侵蚀的影响,分析了橡胶微粒提高混凝土介质渗透性的原因,并且采用微观试验进行了机理论证。结果表明,橡胶微粒劣化混凝土抗介质渗透性能,且掺量越大,劣化作用越明显。橡胶微粒与水泥基材料间的界面过渡区宽度大且期间水化产物质地疏松是橡胶微粒混凝土抗介质渗透性能差的主要原因。
The effects of rubber particles on impermeability, carbonation, chloride ion penetration and sulfate attack of concrete were studied. The reason why rubber particles increased the permeability of concrete was analyzed. The mechanism of the effect of rubber particles on concrete permeability was analyzed. The results show that the rubber particles deteriorate the anti-media permeability of concrete, and the greater the dosage, the more obvious the deterioration effect. Rubber particles and cement-based materials, the interface between the transition zone width and during the hydration of loose material is the main reason for the poor resistance to the media penetration of rubber particles concrete.
