  疫苗是预防和控制人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human Immunodeficiency Virus,HIV)传染的有效手段.传统疫苗存在安全性隐患.HIV核酸疫苗是一类新型具有发展潜力的疫苗,能够同时诱导细胞和体液免疫反应.阳离子脂质体具有较强核酸复合能力,提高核酸抗原内吞入胞的能力,因而备受关注.但是,较低的转染效率制约其在HIV核酸疫苗中的应用.
