　　Arq+ ions grazing on the Al(111) surface has been simulated,The energy loss due to the charge exchange, happening before ions hitTbe Al(111) surface ,is studied.Electron emission resulting from kinetic and potential electron emission ,and total electron yield γ and X-Ray emission as a function of crystal azimuthal orientation.is studied.The present simulation shows that the energy loss、 electron emission and X-Ray emission depend on the lattice orientation of Al(111) surface.
