　　A transportation system consists of many spatially and temporally distributed demand and supply factors,each with different degrees of connections with each other.This paper aims to describe the inherent connections among various factors in the context of system optimization.Specifically,a computational graph based modelling framework is used in this paper to represent the topological structure of a transportation system to be optimized.

城市轨道交通快慢车运输组织优化研究
随着城市规模扩大和居民出行需求增加，传统的城市轨道交通站站停方案已无法满足乘客多样化的出行需求，快慢车方案得到越来越多的研究与实践。针对城市轨道交通快慢车模式运输组织问题，在分析影响快慢车停站方案因素的基础上，以乘客时间节省和企业运营成本节省最大化为优化目标，建立0-1整数规划模型，将所建模型运用到实际轨道交通线路中，并设计遗传算法求解模型。

普通铁路客车车轮不圆顺与轮轨冲击振动关系研究
针对120km/h级别普速客车，获得了车轮踏面存在严重缺陷时的车轮不圆顺，分析了不圆顺谐波构成。基于车辆－轨道耦合动力学垂向模型，研究了不圆顺激扰下的轮轨冲击振动，以动态轮重减载率为控制指标，确定了200～600mm波长范围内谐波波深限值，为车轮的检修提供参考。

城市轨道交通中桥建合一高架车站这一经济节能的结构形式得到了日益广泛的应用，其建设规模也逐渐增大，这将引起车站结构一系列安全性评价参数的变化。列车通过车站时会引起显著的动力响应，对站内人员的舒适性产生影响。振动舒适度作为评价大跨度轻柔结构的基本参数，将在本文中作为研究桥建合一高架车站的控制参数。本文将结合武汉轨道交通中施岗站的案例进行舒适度研究。
