This paper studied spectrum effects on color visual acuity under mesopic vision.Three types of streetlight were studied,namely,RGB LED,phosphor converted white LED and high pressure sodium (HPS).Spectral power distribution(SPD) of the high pressure sodium has a major peak around 590 nm,the white LED has peaks around 450 nm and 560 nm,the spectrum of RGB LED lamp peaks at 460 nm,510 nm and 620 nm.In particular,the 560nm peak of white LED is close to human sensitivity peak under photopic vision,and RGB LED has one peak close to scotopic vision sensitivity peak.The CRI of three lamps are 21(HPS),69( white LED),50( RGB LED) and S/P ratio are 0.41,1.56,3.02,respectively.
