This paper has described the mechanism of excitation and proliferation about enterprise vulnerability in Net Value when the "sudden adversity" or "disaster" emerge in the internal environment or enterprise,and put forward three countermeasures how network participants take measures to extend the anti-barrier about the state of vulnerability proliferation in order to avoid the collapse of the entire value network or its sub-systems.
