Micro30b对低氧低糖损伤视网膜神经节细胞的保护作用
目的 通过体外培养大鼠视网膜神经节细胞建立低氧低糖模型，观察micro30b 对视网膜神经节细胞的保护作用。方法 无菌条件进行大鼠视网膜神经节细胞原代培养，培养24h 后转染micro30b 模拟物和模型组，取培养7d细胞。用人工低糖培养基、3％O2 和5％CO2 环境建立低氧低糖模型。通过CCK-8 测定各组视网膜神经节细胞活性，免疫组化观察处理后各组视网膜神经节细胞形态。

畸胎瘤样髓上皮瘤1例并文献复习
目的 探讨儿童畸胎瘤样髓上皮瘤发病原因、临床特征、诊断及治疗方法。方法 病例对照研究。因畸胎瘤样髓上皮瘤较为罕见,2015 年全年北京同仁医院眼肿瘤科共收治一例,因此研究对象共2 例,以一例小儿畸胎瘤样髓上皮瘤为病例组,一例小儿单侧视网膜母细胞瘤为对照组。经相同的眼科检查及相应治疗后对两种眼内恶性肿瘤的临床表现、诊断及治疗方法和预后进行对比分析。

全组织透明研究视神经投射与再生
过去对小鼠动物模型神经系统的研究主要依赖切片，其缺点是程序繁杂和三维信息丢失等。本课题组运用全组织透明技术，把小鼠整个视觉通路(视神经和大脑)在不切片状态下进行全组织断层扫描和三维重建，首次对小鼠视网膜神经节细胞(RGC)在大脑投射进行三维成像。
