Objective To explore the exercise characteristics of patients with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension.Methods From Nov.2010 to Sep.2012, 76 consecutive patients with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (IPAH) and 24 healthy as controls from Fuwai Cardiovascular Hospital were enrolled, who completed cardiopulmonary exercise testing.
