Microcrystalline cellulose was used as raw material which was renewable resources,under the catalyst,to synthesis a new type ester gallate with gallic acid contained antioxidant groups.Study the effect of toluene sulfonic acid,dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid and phosphotungstic acid these three catalyst on products.And synthesis time,temperature,catalyst amount,the ratio of gallate and microcrystalline cellulose and some other factors were studied by taking esterfication degree as investigation target.
