本文研究了纤维增强复合材料包括国内若干常用的热固性和热塑性增强塑料长期性能的预报,提出蠕变模量的估算和数据分折的外推法,同时给出了持久强度的估算方法。使用这些比较简便而实用的分析法,能较快地获得材料的长期性能数据,以提供材料使用寿命判定的依据。文中结果可供产品设计和材料性能研究用。
In this paper, the prediction of the long-term performance of fiber-reinforced composites, including some commonly used thermosetting and thermoplastic reinforced plastics in China, is proposed. The estimation of creep modulus and extrapolation of data points are proposed. At the same time, the method of estimating the lasting strength is given. The use of these relatively simple and practical analysis, can quickly obtain the long-term performance data of the material to provide a basis for determining the service life of the material. Results in this paper are available for product design and material properties studies.
